Requests submitted less than 30-days will take effect after the upcoming billing date. While on hold your sessions will remain credited to your account. Once you return to training you will have opportunity to train all unused sessions before auto draft resumes. While on hold you will stay locked in to your current session rate and you will have your training time slot held for up to 30-days.
